Our Sleep Tea blend is made with several nervines, including lemon verbena and lavender flowers. Nervines are a type of herb known to promote calmness and restore balance in the body, supporting the nervous system.
DIRECTION & DOSAGE
- Measure 3g / 2 teaspoon of loose dried leaves
- Pour freshly boiled hot water
- Cover and steep for 5 mins
- Enjoy 2-3 cups late in the day and 1 hour before sleep.

This study found the Verbena. officinalis extract in the applied dose increased Non-Rapid Eye Movement sleep time, within 12 successive hours of sleep. Overall, participants had better quality sleep.
